We couldn't have been happier with the service Rhonda provided us! We bought our first home in the fall of 2010, and despite having many choices as a buyer, we had trouble finding just what we wanted, in the area we wanted. Rhonda was instrumental in keeping our spirits up - she was always upbeat and willing to go out looking at the drop of a hat. She quickly got to know our top likes and dislikes and was able to sift through the market and find the homes that fit us best. We appreciated her honesty when assessing homes we previewed. Her opinion was always based on professional judgment, which as first time buyers was extremely valuable. And it always turned out to be true when she said, "I think we can do better." Our home took a lot of negotiating, and I could not have been more impressed with Rhonda's professionalism in her written and verbal communication with the selling agent and with us. Her arguments were based on thorough market research and communicated in clear, succinct, well written and respectful language. She also never showed an ounce of annoyance with our endless questions, nerves, flip flopping, and frustrations- she was always willing to talk things through. We are very happy in our home and highly recommend Rhonda to help you find yours! (less)

We had a chance to work with Rhonda Morton, who was the listing agent of the house. She is extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable in her field. It's a pleasure to do business with her.

Rhonda Morton is an agent who treats her job with the importance and integrity it deserves. Rhonda helped us find a home, and even though we ended up not buying the house, I can't recommend her work enough. She helped us find a home that suited us, and steered us away from houses that looked good on paper but wouldn't have suited our situation. She did a wonderful job of figuring out what we wanted, and found better houses than we dreamed, all in our price range.

Rhonda helped us thru the short-sale process, and was available 24/7 to help us wade thru issues and paperwork. She nicely maneuvered us thru the pitfalls of a short-sale and made the process easy to navigate and understand. Rhonda was even dedicated enough to stay in constant contact during her vacation half way across the country. (less)

I was born in Seattle, and grew up in Edmonds, Washington. At the age of 18, I began to study for my real estate exam, but it wasn't until 1994 that I was able to strike out into full-time real estate representation. I began my career at John L. Scott, and was in the President's Club, and Relocation Certified my first full year in the business. I spent four years there prior to moving to Windermere Real Estate, and have many friends at both of my former companies. In 2003, when I was expecting my son I made the move over to Executive Real Estate ~ now known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Executive. In 2007 I was recognized by Seattle Magazine as "Best in Customer Satisfaction, (Top 7%)".
