Why Would You Use A Buyer’s Agent?

You’ll have an objective expert looking out for only you and your best interests.  I see dozens of Eastside homes every week, and have been working 18 years representing Buyers on the Eastside.  My passion and commitment to you is to listen carefully to everything you tell me about your lifestyle, your needs, and your real estate goals, and my absolute passion is to help my clients find and acquire the very best Eastside homes at the most favorable price, terms and conditions.  The relationships I’ve developed with top Eastside agents help me negotiate on your behalf and bring you out on top; whether there are 10 offers to compete with, or none.  I can help you navigate through the intricacies of a Short Sale, A Bank-Owned Property, or a Non-Distressed home sale.  I’ll help you analyze and compare neighborhood and community prices, schools, and help you recognize future appreciation trends in our market.  Your goals and needs become my first priority, and I will be your advocate, counselor and friend every step of the way.  I can and will help you know when to Hold ‘Em, and when to Fold ‘Em.

And, best of all, Buyer Representation is free to you!

So, why wouldn’t you use a Buyer’s Agent?

Please take a look at what my clients (now friends) have to say about their experienceI have also been recognized by Seattle Magazine as “Best in Client Satisfaction”.  No one will work harder for you and care more about you!

Keller Williams Eastside

I was born in Seattle, and grew up in Edmonds, Washington. At the age of 18, I began to study for my real estate exam, but it wasn't until 1994 that I was able to strike out into full-time real estate representation. I began my career at John L. Scott, and was in the President's Club, and Relocation Certified my first full year in the business. I spent four years there prior to moving to Windermere Real Estate, and have many friends at both of my former companies. In 2003, when I was expecting my son I made the move over to Executive Real Estate ~ now known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Executive. In 2007 I was recognized by Seattle Magazine as "Best in Customer Satisfaction, (Top 7%)".
